Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale brown with a tinge of red, consistently fired; hard, medium coarse; granular to hackly break; numerous, small, well sorted, sandy inclusions, mostly rounded to spherical: many dark red and brown, many quartizitic, fewer calcareous; very rare, medium, subangular, dark inclusions. Variety of Northern Galilean-Southern Phoenician, not unlike LRA5 sandy orange fabric. Cf. KTH2058.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 45% of rim, large part of neck, and one upper handle. Slight, sparse abrasion but extensive chipping around edges; slightly worn breaks; sparse patches of irregular encrustation.
