Description
Hollow knob from lid; concave wall and rounded top.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Light brown; surface fired consistently gray. Slightly coarse fabric, hard, with granular break. Frequent small, well sorted, light, angular inclusions; other tiny bits, few red to dark (brown, gray?); frequent golden mica. Light brush marks on all extant surfaces.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 30% of knob handle. Slight, sparse abrasion and scoring; worn breaks; faint, sparse encrustation.
