Description
Large dish. Flaring, curved upper wall. Plain, rounded lip.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine to gritty, hard, smooth breaking fabric with rare, tiny, lime inclusions. Thick slip on all extant surfaces, quite smooth with some brushstrokes; semiglossy. Resembles ARS D.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserving 8% of rim and small part of upper wall. Slight, sparse abrasion and chipping around edges; worn breaks; thin, extensive film of encrustation on all surfaces.
