Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 2.5YR 4/2, weak red (core); 2.5YR 5/8, red (all extant surfaces). Medium coarse, consistently fired, with frequent, small, angular, light inclusions and some larger, rounded, light chunks, all visible on surface. Thick, matte, even slip on all surfaces fired to same color as fabric.
Preservation comment
One large fragment preserves less than one quarter of upper neck and spout. Slight, extensive encrustation; worn breaks; patch of red discoloration below spout.
