Late Roman Amphora 5
Description
Vertical rim with tapering, rounded lip. Flaring shoulder. Deep combing on extant upper body. Excess clay around neck.
Preservation comment
One rim preserves ~10% of rim and small part of shoulder. Slight, extensive abrasion and chipping; thin but extensive film of encrustation.
