Large cylindrical lantern. Frontal aperture with arching upper lip and straight sides. Light-holes punched through wall in alternative columns around aperture. Wet smoothing of surface and faint turning marks. Thin-walled and finely made.
Fabric, firing, surface
Fabric, firing, and surface treatement typical of southern Argolid LRA2 material but somewhat finer than amphoras; faintly golden micaceous.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves small part of body and lip of front aperture. Slight, sparse abrasion on surfaces and edges; clean breaks.
