Description
Horizontal rim has rounded exterior and interior edges, flat top with slight concavity, and underside is slightly indented. Upper body flares slightly before tapering downward. Ridging on exterior.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Slightly fine, hard fabric with smooth break is light brown with occasional, medium, subrouded, white (lime) inclusions, also embedded in surface; other tiny bits. Light brush marks on all extant surfaces from smoothing. Corinthian buff utilitarian ware.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves ca. 15% of rim and small part of upper body. Clean breaks with only slight chipping; only specks of encrustation on outside.
