Conical neck tapers gently up to rim. Thickened, everted rim with rounded profile and flat, sloping interior face.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 2.5YR 6/8 (light red). Thin surface, consistently fired to purplish gray (2.5YR 3/4. “dark reddish brown“). Very slightly granular fabric with frequent tiny golden micaceous flakes, inclusions infrequent otherwise: small reddish dark subangular chunks, and rare lime. Brushstrokes from wet-smoothing.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves 51% of rim and part of upper neck. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion and spots of gouging especially on rim; moderately worn breaks; slight but frequent specks to patches of encrustation.
