Description
Thin-walled bowl. Rounded upper wall; incurving rim with pointed lip.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale red fabric under exterior, fired gray towards and on interior, with clear division visible in section. Fabric is very slightly granular with frequent tiny sandy bits and elongated lime; no mica. Thin, even, dull slip on interior and exterior but several abraded almost to full removal on exterior.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves 20% of rim and adjacent upper wall above carination. Moderate, extensive abrasion and slight pitting; worn breaks; no visible encrustation.
