Fabric, firing, and surface description
Reddish gray core fired to pale gray at surfaces; medium coarse, hard, granular to hackly break with rough surfaces; uncommon, small lime chunks and varied tiny bits, some dark; uncommon, small, irregular voids. Regional. Surface shows brush marks from smoothing.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 10% of rim and large part of middle to upper body with one entire handle. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion and scoring; somewhat worn breaks; thin, somewhat extensive patches of encrustation.
