Description
Circular(?) outline. Slightly sloping and rounded shoulder with trace of motif on shoulder: leaf flanking handle? Large ring handle with two grooves.
Description
One fragment preserves small part of shoulder and back wall and almost entire handle. Moderate, extensive abrasion and sparse chipping; worn breaks.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 10YR 8.4, very pale brown. Slip: 5YR 6/8, reddish yellow, to 5YR 5/4. reddish brown. Very fine, very soft fabric with very small, very rare, rounded, black inclusions; rare, very small, rounded voids. Semiglossy, thin, uneven slip, very flakey and mottled.
