Small round-mouthed pitcher or oil container. Cylindrical neck has outturned, almost horizontal rim with squared lip. Black glaze over all showing brushstrokes. Non-Attic import.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine, hard clay with very few tiny voids and some micaceous inclusions. Thin, even, flakey black glaze.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves ca. 20% of rim and upper neck. Slight, extensive abrasion; slight, sparse encrustation.
