Typological identification
Small handled amphora stopper
Description
Knob handled stopper. About 1/3rd preserved. Outer rim is completely gone. Large void present on surface. Knob handle is slightly chipped. Two dimples present on knob handle from squeezing during formation. Slight radial motif present on knob handle underside. Made in “Southern Argolid Fabric”.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Usual LRA2 fabric though fired consistently to very pale brown.
Preservation comment
Single sherd preserving only central knob handle. Handle incompletely preserved.
