Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: (surface) 7.5YR 7/4, pink; (core) 2/5YR 6/6, light red. Brittle, coarse fabric with rare to uncommon, small, subrounded, white, red, and gray inclusions and sparse, medium-sized, subangular to subrounded voids. Glass, shiny and uneven with many small holes from burst bubbles (rapidly cooled), ranges in colors from orange-brown (PMS 7552C) to black.
Preservation comment
One large, irregular fragment. Glass shows spotty craquelure. Slight, sparse abrasion and erosion to chipping; specks of encrustation.
