Dish. Low foot, square but slightly tapered; outside face curves out to fall. Depressed floor; flaring lower wall.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Classic LRC fabric but somewhat soft. Thick, dull, orangish red slip on interior, traces of smoothing; thin wash on exterior, slightly rough texture from turning marks.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 7% of base and small part of lower wall. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion and chipping around edges; frequent, small patches of encrustation especially on interior.
