Pitcher. Flaring, stepped rim; inner face concave forming ledge; plain, rounded lip. Handle, rectangular to oval, attaches to rim.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Gray fabric, fired pale greenish yellow to pale grey at surface (<1 mm); hard, slightly granular, with rough surface; abundant, small, white to yellow, subangular inclusions; few, dark, medium, angular inclusions embedded in surface.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 8% of rim and upper attachment of handle. Slight, extensive abrasion and pitting, with minor chipping; worn breaks; scattered patches of encrustation.
