Description
Wide bowl. Rounded upper body; incurved rim with rounded lip.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale brown fabric, fired variably reddish at surface. Slightly coarse, hard; granular break with bumpy surface texture. Uncommon, small to medium, well sorted, angular, subrounded, and tabular lime chunks, a few spalling; uncommon, medium, angular, dark gray rocky inclusions; uncommon, tiny to small, dark bits; rare, small and very few large, irregular, pale orange chunks; no visible mica. Not regional.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 17% of rim and small part of upper wall. Slight, sparse abrasion and minor chipping; worn edges; small, irregular, thin patches of encrustation.
