Description
Open form: cup or bowl? Slipped on exterior and interior.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric has grey core with buff interior and exterior surfaces; fine, hard, smooth to slightly granular break. Uncommon, poorly sorted, small, subrounded lime inclusions; rare tiny varied bits. Thick, semilustrous slip applied in strokes to create banded effect. Corinthian.
Preservation comment
One small body sherd. Surfaces and breaks in good condition; with very faint abrasion and scattered specks of encrustation.
