Cylindrical body with flaring, rounded rim that is slightly bevelled on interior. Substantial application of mortar around end for attachment to adjacent pipe. Faint transverse grooving made by finger(?) across exterior.
Preservation comment
One small fragments preserves small part of wall and one finished edge. Does not join with other sherds of same type. Slight, sparse pitting and scoring; thin, extensive film of encrustation.
