Fabric, firing, and surface description
Pale yellowish brown or buff; consistently fired. Soft, fine to slightly gritty; granular break. Uncommon, small, rounded, poorly sorted brown and red inclusions; common tiny black bits; rare, small, angular lime particles. Traces of thick, white slip, peeling, on exterior. Slight turning grooves on exterior. IsthmiaXI, p. 216: Palaimonion cult-lamps Ware I.
Preservation comment
One small sherd preserves 10% of rim and small part of upper body. Moderate, extensive abrasion and erosive pitting; worn breaks; sparse, thin patches of encrustation.
