Wide rounded shoulder. Heavy, drooping rim folded over and under.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Brownish red but fired slightly more yellow toward surface; dense, hard fabric, with slightly hackly break; rare to uncommon, small, rounded and subrounded, translucent and pale particles (quartzitic) and rare, medium to large, angular stones and lime chunks (some exploding at surface); rare, small, rounded red bits.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 8% of rim and small part of upper wall. Slight, somewhat sparse abrasion; mostly clean breaks; small patches of encrustation.
