Jug? Plain, flat base. Straight walls flare gently outward. Light turning ridges on interior; light string marks on underside of base.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Slightly granular fabric is brown with occasional small light rounded inclusions with other tiny bits; some medium angular lime bits embedded in surface. Interior surface is brown consistent with fabric, exterior surface is greyish-brown.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserve intact base and large part of lower to middle wall. Slight, extensive abrasion, erosion, and chipping around breaks; somewhat thick, extensive film of encrustation.
