Description
Cylindrical, slightly bulging neck. Simple rounded to oval rim. Bifid handle attaches to upper neck just below rim; arches up to point at level of rim and then descends vertically.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine, hard, pale brownish yellow fabric with a slightly granular break and a somewhat rough texture, containing rare to uncommon, small, poorly sorted, subrounded and subangular, white (calcareous) particles and black grains, as well as other rare, varied bits.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves 30% of neck and rim and upper one-third of handle. Slight, rare abrasion and scratching; worn breaks; extensive, thin film of encrustation.
