- Description
- Small plate or shallow bowl. Horizontal rim with rilled upper surface and flat underside. Outer edge is slightly concave with light incised groove just below upper surface. Non-Attic import. Hellenistic.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Fine, hard clay with uncommon small, rounded voids and uncommon, small, subrounded to subangular, black and fewer, smaller, angular, gray inclusions. Unglazed.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves ca. 5% of rim. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion and chipping; worn breaks; sparse patches of encrustation.
