- Description
- Corinthian kotyle. Wide, slightly convex wall. Slightly flaring ring foot with tooled inner edge. Black glaze on interior and exterior; resting surface, inside of foot reserved; underside preserves part of concentric band. Archaic.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Fine, moderately hard clay with very few tiny voids and inclusions. Dull, streaky black glaze of variable thickness.
- Preservation comment
- One fragment preserves less than one quarter of wall and base. Slight, extensive abrasion and chipping on all surfaces; scattered specks of encrustation.
