- Aegean type “urnetta a collarino.“
- Description
- Vertical loop handle, oval in section with rounded sides. It would have attached against rim and to upper or middle body of mug.
- Fabric, firing, and surface description
- Fine, hard fabric, reddish brown, fired consistently, with rare, small, poorly sorted, subrounded, lime chunks; very rare, tiny to small, subangular black inclusions; silvery micaceous; very rare spalling. Eastern Thin-Walled ware.
- Preservation comment
- One sherd preserves one entire handle but none of attached body. Very sparse, slight abrasion and pitting; worn breaks; thin patches of encrustation.
