Description
Molded Attic kantharos. Low molded foot consists of fillet above scotia above beveled torus. Conical underside. Glaze overall save for reserved scotia and resting surface of foot. Hellenistic.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine, hard clay. Even, matte slip.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves base and lower wall and floor. Slight to moderate abrasion, chipping, and scratching; slight to moderate, somewhat extensive encrustation.
