Description
Cup or bowl(?) of uncertain form. Where extant upper surface of rim is slightly rounded; original exterior has been broken away. Classical-Hellenistic.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fine, hard clay with very few voids and uncommon to rare, small-medium, subrounded and subangular, light inclusions. Unglazed.
Preservation comment
One sherd preserves <5% of rim and upper wall; exterior surface is sheared off vertically. Slight to moderate, extensive abrasion and chipping around edges; severely worn breaks; thin film of encrustation on all surfaces.
