Broader
Central Mediterranean
Description
As currently conceived, this identifier refers to the central part of Roman North Africa. It should be considered roughly contiguous with the Zeugitana and Byzacena, with a particular emphasis on those regions producing African Red-Slip and the main series of North African Amphoras.
