Description
Commonest form of this ware produced in various shapes and sizes during the 5th and 6th centuries. Dish or low bowl with a small ring foot or false ring foot, flaring body, and a vertical rim, concave on the outside, and overhanging below in a flange. Decorated with atamps and rouletting.
