Description
Cylindrical body. Low, tapering shoulder. Tall, cylindrical neck widening slightly near rim. Tall, vertical to slightly flaring rim, concave outer face, with rounded lip. Handle, square in section but indented on interior, with splayed attachments.
Fabric, firing, surface
5YR 5/6, yellowish red. Somewhat hard, smooth, fine fabric with rare golden micaceous flecks and common, small, rounded, white (calcareous) inclusions.
Preservation description
22 joining fragments preserve 50% of body, 75% of shoulder and neck, and complete rim and handle; base missing.
