Description
Cylindrical body. Low, tapering shoulder. Tall, cylindrical neck widening slightly near rim. Tall, vertical to slightly flaring rim, concave outer face, with rounded lip. Handle, square in section but indented on interior, with splayed attachments.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
5YR 5/6, yellowish red. Somewhat hard, smooth, fine fabric with rare mica and common, small, rounded, white inclusions.
Preservation comment
22 joining fragments preserve one-half of body, three-quarters of shoulder and neck, and complete rim and handle; base missing.
