RW: “Theodosius II or Valentinian III. ca 425–450/455 AD. most of the cross is flatly struck, but the lower stem is very prominent; possibly Vandalic issue of Carthage, but more likely either Valentinian III (Rome), or Theodosius II (Heraclea through Antioch)“
