Fabric, firing, surface
Typical fabric (buff, fine), firing, and surface treatment. Rare, small clay nodules in grooves; cast from somewhat worn mold.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 65-70% of lamp, including over half of discus and shoulder down to wickhole, entire handle, and roughly half of wall and base. Slight, sparse abrasion and rare gouging; slightly worn breaks.
