1960s: rejoining with natural shellac and infilling with white plaster painted pale yellowish brown.
Preservation description
19 joining sherds preserve ca. 25% of middle to upper body with shoulder, entire neck and mouth, and both handles. Slight, somewhat sparse abrasion and moderate erosion with scoring, pitting, and gouging; worn breaks; very rare specks of encrustation and wide clouds of gray discoloration. Weathering consistent with prolonged marine submersion.
