JLR: large version of 7th-c. Yassi Ada amphora, with somewhat refined fabric?
Fabric, firing, surface
Micaceous non-southern Argolid LRA2 fabric. Somewhat granular, hard; uncommon lime specks and small, subrounded, yellow chunks (limestone?); faint dusting of golden mica; fired to consistent brownish red.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves 15% of rim and uppermost neck. Slight, sparse abrasion and scoring; slightly worn breaks; thin, scattered patches of encrustation on all surfaces.
