Somewhat hard, moderately fine fabric, core fired light red with slightly more orange surface (1-2 mm), granular break, slight rough surface texture; containing rare iron oxide chunks; uncommon, small yellow particles, rarely medium, subangular and subrounded (limestone?), and tiny lime specks; uncommon golden mica flakes; rare dark gray or black specks; rare vegetal voids. Fabric 4: micaceous non-SAf.
Preservation comment
One large sherd preserves ca. 33% of upper neck, rim, and lip. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion and minor chipping around edges; worn breaks; small patches of encrustation on all surfaces.
