Contents of Unit: BUILDING MATERIALS. Tile/brick: 75 frr., 8.47 kg.
Contents of Unit: POTTERY. Greek (1 fr., 0.004 kg): 1 Attic coarse ware (lekane body).
Contents of Unit: POTTERY. Roman (475 frr., 8.66 kg): date range to Late Roman. ESB, eastern thin-walled ware, ESC; mostly unslipped pitcher; jar; few cooking ware; Dressel 2-4 Koan, MRA3, LRA1, combed amphora.
Explanation of deposition: Numerous Roman sherds and other debris against upper/west face of Wall A1, where they had accumulated from downslope movement or were intentionally dumped.

Location in unit: Along upper/west face of wall in southeast trench.
