- Description
- Oval to tear-shaped outline. Lower handle has flanking grooves and two double circles at base. Flat base has single, deep, circular groove around incuse signature: ΚΥ (small, rounded serifs; upsilon has no lower hasta, like an upside-down lambda, and drifts downward right).
- Fabric, firing, surface
- Typical fabric, firing, and surface treatment for ware. 5YR 6/6, reddish yellow. Slip: 10R 5/8, red. Slight, dull slip as wash preserved in patches on base.
- Preservation description
- Two joining fragments (070+079) preserve most of base and lower wall. Slight pitting and gouging; sparse encrustation.
