Description
Tear-shaped(?) body. Circular to oval, shallow discus has central filling hole with raised rim, rosette with 12 concave, rounded petals, and wide, rounded rim with small dots between leaves. Sloping shoulder has herringbone in low relief and flat outer rim with beveled edge.

Typical fabric, firing, and surface treatment for ware. Fabric: 5YR 5/6, yellowish red. Slip: 10R 4/4, weak red.
Preservation description
One large fragment preserves 33% of discus and <25% of shoulder. Slight, somewhat extensive abrasion with rare scoring; somewhat clean breaks; widespread traces of encrustation.
