Tear-shaped outline. Tear-shaped, concave discus with raised rim has relief of cross monogram with rho open right and flaring, crosshatched arms; four holes in quadrants and airhole at bottom. Wide channel from discus to wickhole, tapered at top. Irregular, slightly sloping and slightly rounded shoulder has narrow herringbone in low relief. Long, rounded nozzle has rim around wickhole; traces of burning. Slight joining ridge and webbing. Thick, partly pierced handle has two grooves; lower handle has flanking grooves. Slightly concave base has double almond-shaped grooves with single circles at top and bottom around incuse signature: ΧΙΟ|ΝΗϹ. Details are blurry from worn mold.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
7.5YR 6/6, reddish yellow with buff surface. Soft, fine fabric with rare, very small, subrounded to occasionally angular, white and black inclusions. Unglazed.

Intact. Slight pitting, scoring, and abrasion; thin encrustation.
