Description
Somewhat oval outline. Circular, concave discus has central filling hole with broad rim and rounded ring, rays, and framing ring. Shoulder has six sprays and four grape clusters in relief. Wide, flat, kite-shaped nozzle.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
5YR 7/6, reddish yellow. Typical Early-Middle Roman Corinthian lamp fabric: fine, reddish tinge.
Preservation comment
One large fragment preserves 66% of discus and shoulder. Slight, extensive encrustation.
