Description
Circular, concave discus has molded relief of cross or cross monogram with flaring, grooved arms; small hole left and framing ring.
Fabric, firing, surface
Typical fabric, firing, and surface treatment for ware. 5YR 6/4, light reddish brown. Hard, fine fabric; smooth break and texture. Unglazed.
Preservation description
One small fragment preserves <25% of discus. Slight, sparse abrasion; somewhat worn breaks; scattered, thin patches of encrustation.
