Circular to oval outline. Circular, nearly flat discus has Greek cross with flaring arms and raised rim in low relief, central filling hole, and sharply raised, rounded rim. Shoulder is broad and flat with single row of globules (14 total?). This type has no channel on nozzle. Solid, pointed and knob-like handle attaches to shoulder. Design is uneven.

7.5 YR 8/3, pink. Soft, fine, micaceous fabric with uncommon, small, rounded, white (calcareous), rare, angular, red and very rare, angular, black (carbon?) inclusions. Unglazed. Ephesian?
Preservation comment
One large fragment preserves <50% of discus and shoulder, and upper handle. Slight abrasion; sparse encrustation.
