Description
Krater or lekanis. Flaring, everted rim with exterior groove. Slip washed over interior to outer face of lip.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 10YR 7/3, very pale brown. Slip: 7.5YR 3/1, very dark gray. Hard, smooth, fine fabric with common, small to very small, rounded to subrounded, white (calcareous) inclusions and common, small to very small voids. Thin, even, mottled slip is very worn. Regional.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves <25% of rim. Slight erosion and chipping.
