Description
Bowl. Ring foot. Flaring lower body with very prominent carination, sharply angled and relatively low. Slightly incurving lip. Crossbars of reflex handles rise above lip.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 5YR 6/4, light reddish brown. Slip (interior): 2.5YR 4/8, red; (exterior): 2.5YR 5/8, red. Material typical for ware.
Preservation comment
Six joining fragments preserve entire base and body below carination, 50% of body above carination and rim, and both entire handles. Slight erosion; very slight patches of encrustation around one handle and rim.
