Description
Tooled false ring foot. Globular body. Prominent flat band, slightly undercut, at neck. Relatively short, slightly everted rim with tapered lip. Extensive trimming on lower body below stacking line.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
2.5YR 5/4, reddish brown. Exterior reduced.
Preservation comment
One large fragment (a) preserves entire foot and part of lower body, and two joining fragments (b) preserve ca. 33% of shoulder and rim.
