Description
Bowl. Vertical upper wall. Horizontal rim grooved on upper and outer faces.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 5YR 6/4, light reddish brown. Slip: 10R 5/6, red. Somewhat soft, medium fine fabric with rare, rounded, large white (calcareous) and small, angular, gray inclusions; slight spalling. Some thick, somewhat uneven, semilustrous slip with variable color. Regional.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves <25% of rim. Moderate chipping.
