Description
Straight, flaring upper wall. Horizontal rim with rounded lip; three grooves on upper face. Slip on interior and over rim but not on exterior.
Fabric, firing, and surface description
Fabric: 5YR 7/4, pink. Slip: 2.5YR 4/6, red, to 2.5YR 3/1, dark reddish gray. Somewhat hard, fine fabric with infrequent lime specks, faint golden mica, and infrequent, very small voids. Thin, dull, mottled slip. Corinthian buff utilitarian fabric.
Preservation comment
One fragment preserves <25% of rim and small part of upper body. Slight pitting and chipping; slight, sparse encrustation.
