Description
Flat base; indented at articulation of base and interior wall. Slightly concave exterior wall. Everted, slightly angular rim.
Fabric, firing, surface
7.5YR 5/6, strong brown. Hard, sandy fabric with rare mica, few, moderately sorted, subrounded, white inclusions, and rare, small, black matte inclusions. Imported.
Preservation description
One large fragment preserves <25% of base, body, and rim, including full profile. Slight chipping and gouging; slight, extensive encrustation. Secondary scorching on interior and exterior.
